Ms Horvat brings a vast array of experiences and a broad range of recruiting and human capital consulting skills from the international executive search & executive consulting industry, while she was for more than 5 years a Senior Consultant & Principal at Neumann International and having strong international exposure within the CEE region. Before she was acting as Regional HR Director at Imperial Tobacco, where she was responsible for development and implementation of innovative personnel and welfare policies within all operational structures within the Adriatic Region. Prior to that, she was HR Manager at a regional distributor of Procter & Gamble and her earlier work experience was in scientific research at the University of Ljubljana.
She holds a Master of Science in Pedagogy and is fluent in English, Serbian, Croatian and Slovenian.

Ms. Karmen Marguč has over 10 years of experiences in international strategic marketing positioning, digital marketing, brand development, and strategic consulting in the field of gambling, pharmaceutical, biotechnological, and marketing industry. She gained her experiences in different companies such as Creatoor, Ltd., ECHO Ltd., Alfastreet Ltd., and owning small businesses in the field of management and digital marketing consulting.
She interconnects the practical business and academic knowledge and transfers it between faculties and businesses. She completed her Ph.D. at the Faculty of Commercial and Business Sciences in Celje, in the field of the social discount rate determination considering sustainability. Currently, she is finishing a Ph.d. of Philosophy at the Faculty of Arts, the University of Maribor in the filed of ethical principles in digital marketing.

Gerald Metzler is a partner with Leading Search Partners in its Graz and Vienna offices, specializing in industry, retail and financial services. He was previously the founder and managing director of M&P Leading Search Partners GmbH, in Graz. Prior to that he was a partner / senior consultant / key account manager at an international executive search agency, and earlier a consultant at a leading bank group, including four years in charge of IT/sales projects.
Mr. Metzler studied business administration at the Karl-Franzens University in Graz.

Prior to joining Convivo HR she worked at two international banks Volksbank (today Sberbank) and Sparkasse and gained valuable HR consulting skills within international executive search & executive consulting company Neumann International where she was acting as Research Consultant and Project Associate.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana and besides her native Slovene and German language she is fluent in English and basic in Croatian & Serbian.

Ms Aleksandra Boben Repnik has over 16 years of sales experiences in pharmaceutical environment. She started her career as a pharmaceutical technician in a private owned pharmacy, where she was very successful in gaining long-term client relationship for 7 years. After she got the opportunity to work as a field sales representative for the distributer of Danish high quality pharmaceutical products and broadened her sales experiences into B2B field. Prior to joining CHR Partners she worked on the field of regulatory affairs in Sandoz, covering one specific part of registration dossier for CEE / CIS region.

Mrs Mateja Čotar has 22 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has worked in five different countries in various leadership positions, most recently as Country President & General Manager for Oncology at Novartis Slovakia. Prior to that, she was Commercial Director for Central & Eastern Europe, covering 35 countries, based in Switzerland.
During her 9 years in Novartis, she developed her skills in leadership development, change management and executive coaching skills at Glasgow University, McKinsey and INSEAD. She has always been passionate about people for people and bringing out the best in them.
Prior to joining Novartis, Mateja spent 13 years with GlaxoSmithKline, where she held various leadership positions in sales, marketing, business development, and operational excellence.
